The Bumpd App is designed to help you track in-person encounters and maintain a record of meetings with individuals. The App utilizes location services to accurately record the places where these encounters occur.

b. Location Sharing: The App requires access to your device's location services. You consent to the collection and use of your location data for the purpose of recording in-person encounters accurately.

4. User Accounts

a. Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you provide through the App. By submitting content, you grant Bumpd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content for the purpose of providing the App's services.
b. Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or us.

a. No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
b. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Bumpd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.
